sometime i have to go pick up a package cause i have to sign it, well they have a separate window/door for that. you still need to stand in line. if you walk up there and ring the bell they would just tell you to go back in line and wait your turn.

here's another thing i hate when it's my turn to be help after standing in line for 25 minutes, the customer service would get up and walk to the back room who know what he/she do back there. i'm stand twirling my thumbs around and there's still a long line behind me.
Stamp machine? What the heck is that? HAHAHA! Our post office had one that NEVER worked. They recently removed it so now the counter is your only option. Chalk up one more reason to hate my post office.

I have sold tons of things on Ebay and shipped hundreds of packages through USPS. Knock on wood, I have never had anything lost or broken. My real problem here was just with my local office.
