cams different, but that dont matter. people use the stock n/a cam. its best to put a 4.0 pulley on the blower too vs the stock 3.8. its to much air with out a cam and such.
of course you will have to get the pcm tuned for the high compression block. but that can be done by mail order if you cant find a local to do it.

NA motor is high compression at 9:4.1 and supercharged is 8:5.1. The NA cam might be small bit different, but thats pretty much it.
I also wasnt saying you'd be selling crap parts, just using the word crap as in stuff and things and so on.
But in reality, trying to part out a car on here is hard, you get some action for like 4 days. Sell maybe 10 things and thats it, you are left with the rest.
You don't need a tune to run a bottom swap. Been daily driving one without any issues since May.
