oh it does for 50,000 miles, then swaps over to power train only and body rust.

i used the crap out of my warranties with both of my trucks. the 03 got 4 pairs of front hubs, 3 whole new front ends, rebuilt tranny t case, and the rear end. the work would have cost more then the truck was worth with hubs costing at the parts store 300 each, pitman arms 250 same for idlers arms. and so on. hell tie rods were 60 a side. and i got a bunch of them too.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW

Take a closer look at your list. Prioritize and maybe ask us where to start. Some of your items may be cheap and easy, some may be answered with "let it leak".

For example, I'll tell anyone with a slow seeping oil pan leak (one-two drops a night) to let it be. The time/effort for that isn't worthwhile IMO. Especially if the car is going to rust out in the next year. Save the money for the next car.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
