I used to live in MI, but my family moved to OH when I was 13. My brothers were both in college up there and stayed up there. One of my brothers gave me his old car when I turned 16 (because it wasn't worth anything...'84 Cavalier hatchback with 125,000 on it...), and I had to wire the front plate to the grill because it had no bracket...lol
I just have (in the summer months) a sho n' go plate holder so the plate is there on the front but since I like the pics to be plateless I can put it down for pics. Never liked it off to the side at first but it grew on me. Might be what you have to do.
ive had a front plate my whole life. remember driving is a privilege, not a right.
you just suck it up and do as they say or get tickets for it.
its not the end of the world is it? lord knows id rather not have one, but in the end it is what it is.
thats a ticket around here too. must be mounted on the front bumper.
my 80 dodge ram i had came with a plow set up and no bumper and no where to mount it, got pulled over for it an got a warning, (i knew the cop) then i made a 2x8 wood plank front bumper, that passed state inspection lol
Signed.
