They do need to follow they're predecessor and break the chain tho. Apples Iphone hasn't changed the OS since the first phone. If you can operate 1 you can operate them all with little to no change and very little customization. That is why Mac's were invented, to break the chain from IBMs deathgrip of what a computer should be.

phones are becoming the new pc, so some chains need to be broken.

Aha! Open source hacks. You droid user lol

I mean look at the screen, hardware and screen size all progress with time and for the better, but the OS doesn't change.

Look at Droid OS, its constantly changing. 4 droid phones myself, uncountable custom roms, 3 droid for the gf, all different setups.

Apple Map App. Flawlessly is incorrect more often than not, to the point that they said, "here's a google map app"

Please explain this one. what likeness are you referring?

And I do use my GPS alot, anywhere I go that I'm not familiar with, I use it to take me straight there. Get an address and bam, I know where I'm going. Only failed me once and that was due to the wrong address lol West vs East will put you in a completely different area.

Yes Jayke, when you can rely on it, you do.

When I got my first smartphone (happened to be a droid) I found the navigation to be better than the recent Garmin purchase. Garmin went back and became part of the new flooring purchase.

Droid with satelite enabled is fantastic. Used it earlier today to go get the fridge.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Droids aren't known for broken screens, Apple on the other hand. Google drop test, on average... Apple looks like ****. Just sayin.
You say this like it is the OS's(android) fault for screens being broken lawlz.

And this argument is so old. No one really cares which one you like. Buy the damn phone and use it, regardless of what anyone else thinks.

Funny my RAZR is quad core and the five just got that. Awww how cute lol. On the map deal, a buddy of mine hated his ifails GPS. Would steal my Samsung captivate and use it as his GPS even tho the iPhone was supposed to be superior in every aspect.

Wait you meant he lawsuits apple uses to 'get ahead' go look at iOS 7 compared to Android 4.2 and up. Then go take a peak at apples notification bar, and how long android has had that.
