The second one doesn't seem like a scam. But the first one, being that they want you to send it out of the country, is a scam.
Typically, a scammer will want to pay you more to send the object out of the country. They payment will come in from out of the country as well. Once you have the money you will ship the item. Then come to find out a couple days later that the account the money was taken from isn't real, and your bank (or paypal) pulls the money from your account. So you don't have the money or the item.
A lot of people have gotten screwed on this.
couldn't you just hold the item to make sure it cleared thru paypal or ur bank???
