    i bought a stage 1 zzp throttle body for my car which is a 03 grand prix this week so i put it on and it is sucking air so first i think the gasket needs changed never been changed so i did that still sucking so after 4 hours messing with it i look at the throttle body it self and it is a different one then mine. they gave me the wrong throttle body i dont know what year they gave me but its differnely not my year lol i dont know how they can **** up that really

    Try again....use a photobucket account or use the "insert image" tab in your text box. Im wondering if they sent you a N* tb

    That looks like the correct throttle body for your car. Are you sure you did not mess up installing it? Sounds like you have a big vacuum leak.

    yea it looks about right but when we fitted the gasket on it sucks in air at the bottom left

    So its not sealing. DId you clean the matting surfaces well? With out marring them.

    yep i put my old throttle body on it works right so its not the sealing problem

    If its sucking in the gasket surface its a sealing problem, sounds like the new throttle body is warped or the surface has a divot in it. Email zzp and cross your fingers, that they dont say you screwed it up.

    yea i e-mailed them. what the gasket did was not line up right so it made it leak vaccum

    That doesnt work because its an l67 tb and you have an l36 or l36 gasket.

    That's a hell of a cock up. On a side note they have pictures of an L67 throttle body on their L36 page
