man personally i'd rather vote for mccain but his views are all off, as i'm former military, his views on iraq and the war are screwing him over....guess i'll go with someone who talks reasonably, Obama wants troops to come home, i've got a tour coming up first of the year to iraq. We have no more business over there, our economey is going to crap. The gov't needs to spend money here on us, let them deal with their own dilema.
Obama has some good views and i think he really wants to help the US for the better.
to me, mccain just sounds like he wants to get even richer.
either way it goes, we're going into a recession, so we're all screwed!!!

Not that I am american but I feel Obama is such a "hype" vote. On the other hand Mccain seems to be a typical old white dude who will get him and all his friends super rich by scamming your systems for all he can.
Like someone mentioned I think most elections these days are really about who is going to screw the country over less. Grab those ankles boys!

What I think we need to look at, is who Obama chooses to be vice-president. Becuase thats who will be running our country in a matter of months if he gets elected.

I totally agree, but as a partime gunsmith im partial to McCain. Dems are nothing but bad news to the firearm industries. Thats my .02 cents. But opinions are like a-holes...everyone has one.

I agree with Street Wolf, I don't like either. Although I sure as hell don't like Obama. He's a bull****ter period. Its been proven time and time again. He changes everything he says. He says the right things to make people aww over him, and changes it a month later. He's as bad as a car salesmen IMO.
Hell, I think I'll cast my vote to Paris Hilton. Anybody who gives head like her (if you ever seen "A Night In Paris", you'll know what I mean) can't be that bad, right? LOL.
All kidding aside... neither of them do it for me and I probably won't vote. If I HAD TO vote for someone it would be McCain I think....

Kind of bit of tangent, but my wife was a member of the NRA. They quickly sold our name and number to GOP gropus throughout our area. The past few weeks I get calls all the time from GOP candidates. A few times I've gone off on them, along the lines that just because my wife is an NRA member, does not make us Republicans. That is the biggest loophole of the do not call list I hate - politicians (go figure!) made themselves exempt.
I had stop talking politics at work because it gets me worked up. I'll give facts for any candidate - I'd rather debate something on the facts than "what I read on the Internet" or "a friend told me." But even with evidence to the contrary that he was wrong, just on a fact, he wanted to switch subjects rather than admit he was wrong. I got him to more or less admit that if he didn't hear it or see it, it didn't happen.
If a tree falls in the woods and no one hears it, does it make a sound? You want to debate philosophically, that's different. But scientifically? Unless that tree fell in a vacuum, it made a sound. He wanted to argue that scientifically.

u guys are right, but decisions decisions. i know yall'd rather vote for neither but thats what we've got. u have to choose who u think is best, **** i wont be in the US but for 3 months of the new president, but when i get back from iraq, i'm hoping it'll be a new country, I was in the field at fort bragg all this weekend, come home today and gas had dropped 16cents at most our stores, since Friday!!!!! thats a reliever
