Actually sounds like there are 2 problems here. One the OP didn't ask for pictures before purchasing it used. Two, where it's bent it looks more like the shipping company decided to stack something on the box it was in. I bet the box it came in was pretty beat up.

You still haven't mentioned how the box it came in looked. Have a picture of that? Because this whole thread is automatically accusing and everyone has jumped on the bandwagon like little high school girls. Yet, we haven't seen what the shipped box looked like yet. Regardless who is sending it why would you buy something blindly? If it was a new product I could understand, but you stated it was used. Why wouldn't you want to see it before buying it.

Thats like buying a used car from a a well known dealership without seeing the car. Who does that?
