    so heres my email
    order no.65552

I made a purchase of several parts a few days back and reacived them today. One of the parts was a used FMHE. I know when you buy a used part your going to have a little bit of wear and tear but it should still be a part that is usable and in working order. The Radiator I recieved is not usable or in working order at all. It leaks, the frame is bent, and so many of the fins are bent when I hold it up to a light you can't even see the light pass to the other side. I'm not sure if you want me to ship this back and then give me a coupon for a refund and to cover the cost of shipping both ways, or just flat out give me a refund instead of wasteing your money shipping garbage. I'm not trying to be rude and I apoligize if I come off that way I know mistakes happen sometimes and its no big deal when both parties handle it properly. Attached is a picture of the damaged radiator. If you don't see the damage in the picture then I suggest you print it out and walk around the shop and ask each of the employees if they would put that on their car.

it amazes me how the grand prix side of ZZP always seems to have problems with them, but the Cobalt side always has good experiences. Unsure how that happens. Hope they make things right.

    Man this is great.

    OQCGP has CT threads.

    GPF has ZZP threads.

Who has the Intense/3800 perf threads?

Also aaron, why is a bar and plate better? It mounts in a way that ruins air flow.

Taz, go to parts store. Tell them you have a 91 golf, get a rad for that. Spectre part number is CU98. 1.8 L with A/C.

That'll get you taken care of for friday.

Edit: that looks strikingly like the rad from a 91 golf anyways... so it'll fit just the same. 1.25" core, right width, not full height.

I bet they say its not that bad and you should be able to use it still.

I have spent over $2k with them in the last year and they wouldn't even send me a new 3" gasket for my downpipe.

    Step 1. Call them
Step 2. Freak the holy ****in hell out
Step 3. Demand same day shipping because you need the car running yesterday
Step 4. Get mad when they tell you no.
Step 5. Never order from ZZP again.
