Last week friday I ordered a 3in catless downpipe from wbodystore and I have yet to receive it.I did email them on wed thinking ok maybe a mix up or somethin and mike did get back to me saying downpipes are made to order and ship within 3-5 days. Its been 7 and nothing at all updated just "order processing". What is the holdup? Does 1 downpipe really take this long to make/send.? Anybody else ever have this prob with them or can enlighten me? im a lil pissed.

On what date did you order it?

If your looking from a business standpoint...and you order it late on Friday, your order PROBABLY won't get processed until Monday morning anyways. So, there be tres dayz right there....which AREN'T business days.

I wouldn't get too worked up yet...so technically it has only been 5 days.

Plus since its made to order they could have messed it up and instead of sending a faulty product they will take their time.

You don't get it. They said it would SHIP within 5 days. Not be at your door in 5 days.

Do you call complaining about a pizza taking too long to be delivered 10 minutes after ordering?

Well i understand that it will ship within 5 days i just wanted to know if either they made a mistake or what.Im not use to small orders like this taking a week or more.I can see if i ordered like a top swap kit and like an intercooler at the same time.If that took a week or more i wouldnt mind but just a downpipe?lol. Its all good ill just give it til monday and if nothin still then tues ill get back to them.

I think your still MISSING THE POINT.

Even if they SHIP IT OUT WITHIN FIVE BUSINESS DAYS...it still has to get to you via whichever shipping option you chose, probably the cheapest...just like everyone else does. Which probably means another few business days AT LEAST. The only orders I expected within a weeks time was ZZP. The only good thing about them...fast shipping. If you ordered something the 1st, expect it to get to you BY the 10th...ish.

    Kids these days...
