i know your state is completely in debt, but after being there for just under a week i completely understand. don't get me wrong, i loved the 7 lane highways on both sides. it gave me a lot of choices as far as where i wanted to be and how fast i wanted to go, but in what way can that possibly be necessary? also, why does EVERYONE drive a super nice, brand new car? is that necessary? i've never seen so many modified cars in my entire life. i get that it is 'summer' year round, but why does everyone need to rock an aftermarket set of wheels? are the stock ones not cost effective enough for you?

also, can someone enlighten me on how much housing is in the san diego area? the houses on mission beach (ON THE BEACH) looked like **** holes and i bet they cost at least three times as much as my house.

overall it wasnt a bad experience by any means, but you people are retarded. save some money for a little while or something, jesus. the amount of people i saw sleeping on the street in downtown san diego was insane. i've never seen anything like that before and it's horrible.

Everybody wants to compete with the neighbors and look baller. Nice cars with high interest rates due to crappy credit, big houses with barely any furniture. The good life son!!!11

    so f'in true bio....
couple of my buddies moved out there a couple summers back...they now have 9 people living in a 3 bedroom house just to be able to afford it.
i'd rather just stay here in missouri than deal with that crap

i've been to CA, and hated every trip, LA area, all the women are like plastic dolls, i used to work for a national roof repair co, so id have to go into office building and such, every woman was trying to look hotter than the next.

roads suck, traffic that happens for no reason, street names are all in Spanish, hell try to order food at a fast food place, no English there at most places.

the worst part for me was when driving near the coast, the fvcking water is on the wrong side, in jersey if the water is on your right you are traveling north, in CA if the waters on your right your going south, me and a guy from Delaware, both drove 1 hour the wrong way because of the water, my fault but i didn't like it one bit.

up north is somewhat better, sept for all the hills, and houses built on top of each other. and its not as hot up there.

and because it doesn't rain much there, no one knows how to put on a roof, or they don't care, so every ones roof leaks when it rains, thats lazy people.

on the good side, the weed is real good out there lol thats it!

California WAS nice....probably could be again, but the overcrowding and general retardation of the populace totally kills it. Half the people are rude, and the other half only "Speak-a Spanish" When i was in SCarolina, it was like culture shock how nice people were... And I have no problem with one girl trying to look hotter than the next, not really dateable girls, but you can't come out a loser for the night. You go to california for the scenery, not the people. SMH.

Bio, SD is like the jewel of Cali. Northern is decent too. But the rest of SoCal is either desert or ghetto. (or both)

this place sucks i hate it i have lived here my whole life though and its kinda hard to leave, and actually most of cali is really nice, except for SF, LA, and SD the larger cities that ruin the rest of the state. and dont feel bad for the bums. a few have nicer cell phones than me, and if you are a bum is SF and register with the city as a bum you get $400 a month, and you still get to beg, and they force certain hotels to be bum motels where they can live in for that $400 a month. one of them, tig man i think it is clears a 100K a year tax free begging and what not. Oh and as for the huge freeways yeah we need them. take 45 mins to go 10 miles in LA at 8pm

wait what about south Miami? if that ain't a sh!t hole i don't know what is...little bungalow houses that all have Spanish tile roofs with white elastomeric coating on them because no one can afford to replace the roofs, and bars on every window to keep the crack heads out, not even a nice place to visit, never mind knock on a door to fix some junkys roof, as thats what i had to do, 6'6 white boy in a ghetto, talk about standing out in a crowd. lol

i had a traveler from Indiana come to NJ/NY area to help me out, i needed him to go to Brooklyn, and he was over 6 foot tall red hair red beard, looked like he could take care of himself if needed, 2 days later he calls me up and says i don't think i can do this, im like do what? he starts to studer lol im like is all the black people? he goes yeah, i don't feel right being here, i told him to wear his tool belt with his knife on at all times if it makes you feel better, your safe, its just culture shock and it will wear off, poor guy, i've been to indiana and i must say i only saw white people, and one middle eastern guy, who was pumping gas, not kidding, Indiana ruled!
