Today I almost was involved in a accident. The other driver wasn't paying attention and wen't through a stop sign, I noticed this and slammed on my brakes to hopefully stop before they completly wen't through. They were on my left side and managed to stop before crossing my path and I was able to stop but only right in front of them. I gave the female driver the " look" and the male passenger just kinda waved at me like if to say "ya we know we are dumb asses"
I had to brake hard from 80km/h (posted speed limit). If I wasn't there then they would have not stopped at all but since I was there they did but way after the stop sign. I know this spot and was kinda prepared for a what if someone doesn't stop so thats why I was watching for anybody doing such a thing.

Reminds me of the time I was turning left at a light (with the green arrow) and a driver comes barreling through the red light from my right side and passes right in front of me, nearly taking the front end off my S-10. What an ass...

I had a guy pull out in front of me in my truck (63 chevy C10... aka 5000lbs of steel) in a little honda. He was in a hurry to get to the strip club. he had this shocked look on his face, and it was still there when I pulled alongside in the parking lot. my only comment before driving off was that his brain wouldn't be as worried about T&A if it was dripping from my grille. His response? "thanks for not making me dead"

I had people run stop signs, than proceed to flip me off for "cutting them off", despite there NOT being a stop sign on my side of the street.

But what ticks me off the most, are people that caboose stop signs... That's when you get to a stop sign, and you let somebody go from the side street. But then the person behind that guy, merely slows down, or maybe stops if lucky, and then blows through the intersection right behind the guy in front of them, oblivious to anyone else in the intersection. Apparently they think they "stopped" so they are good to go, even tho they were last to the intersection. I've seen lines of 3-4 cars caboose each other on an intersection.

I've almost done that... But it was some old bag on a bicycle, who actually ran over my foot and kept going.

Ok I live in eastern Oklahoma/western Arkansas and I shouldnt be surprised by this, as I have driven a truck all over the U.S. But it seems that the heat has an effect on peoples judgement. I have noteiced that more and more people are running red lights even right in front of police. And nothing seems to happen to them.......WHY??????
No way in hell could I get that lucky.
