If you really want a 3.5", you could get a straight section of dryer vent piping from Home Depot or wherever. It's metal, smooth flowing, 3.5" but may be a little flimsy.

Therefore newer = better for me and I landed a deal on my 05 when i got her. Love all GP's TBH

Hell with it. I give up. Yah it's terrible. There must have been drinking involved with the idea that it would work well. Don't get me wrong, it works...I'm just sure there's better ideas out there. -_-

You can order whatever size you want from these guys:

    Global Technology and Engineering
which is where I got my aluminum elbow.

Use 16 gauge mandrel bent aluminum.

    What?

Isn't that piping normally very smooth on the inside?

Also, you'd probably notice a faster ET with removing the foglight now.

Go out to the ford forum and get 3 from 7.3 and 3.5 from 6.0 couplers. Either way that filter setting where it tends to on most setups for these cars is just sucking in hot air, but that's an entirely different beat on horse.

Continue with the 97-03 better than thread.........
