Got a 200gb cap for Communicom (local cable and net ISP) I torrent my share, match for uploading on Demonoid, Im always streaming music online, my gf and I both play WoW online and friends come over and join too... I don't even get close to hitting my cap. You need to back off a little lol![]()
Comcast has a 250gb limit here.
To the OP, seriously why the language. Does swearing make you cool or are you not able to express your anger any other way. I've never understood why people swear so much as it takes the meaning away from a powerful word.
If you don't like the bandwidth cap, find another provider.
heres the thing: i cant. i live in a free country and since i live in a condo i have to go with whoever else has, since at&t has monopoly on the connection here (after there was a vote to change the provider from comcast since they blew even more). and comcast also has 250gb cap. with that in mind i went from dsl to uverse in hopes of having a decent bandwith.
see, it wouldnt be a problem for me but i have 3 pc's. my bros puter is mostly for his wife to use and his kid to watch cartoons on. my dad streams live sport events and other shizzle as well.
9 days in i managed to pull 25gigs myself and i barely d/l anything and havent netflixed in a while either.
and this is a fvcking rant thread, u dont like my language, gtfo. simple.
america's bandwidth speeds BLOW compared to the rest of the world.
average 3.9mb/second? was getting that 6 years ago..
never dealt with AT&T, just not supported that well here. it's all about comcast and xfinity, which has a 250mb cap. garbage..
country needs to get with the tiiiimes.
That would require updating all the new cat5e cables to Cat 6 or 7 or whatever is ran overseas and updating more Fiber lines to transfer big cities to big cities, which would probably triple the cost of net service for most people to get what double the speed? I don't need to download movies in minutes, i can practice patience at $40 /month![]()
