Latency is bad on Black Ops, worse than it ever was on MW2 IMO. I can't get used to the melee attacks for some reason. Maybe it's just me.

Nah, I feel like anyone who is good jus anticipates. That or one ofthe guys I play with has a modded controller so he can use a different button to stab.

Well, Like I said, I'm not the best at it, but the actual window for stabbing has shrunk considerably, and it's not remotely as easy. Before the 3rd patch (or so) sabbing was horribly delayed, but it seemed to be about the same distance etc...but after they fixed the lag issue with that, it just never seemed the same.

while i agree that black ops is a good game, i like the story line of medal of honor and overall game play better

yeah MW2 was the only COD game i had in my possession for more than an hour, and when i finally played black ops i was getting murked whenever i tried to shank someone. i guess it's more realistic, but damn...

In BO you can no longer lunge at someone to knife them and you actually have to be within knifing range. IMO thats a great thing I hate in MW2 watching someone jump so far to knife me lol

mouse > sticks

PC > console for graphics.

And sound.

But not cost.

Graphics and sound, I am plenty content with my HD tv and surround sound.

Cost, obvious console win.

User friendliness/ ease to use, obvious console win.

It's all personal preference I guess.

One of my favorite things about black ops, no noobs commando knifing all the time.

I'm not a fan of hardcore TDM because literally everyone camps which I find very boring and annoying.

I use the tactical button setup which I find much more useful, I hated taking my thumb off the right stick to crouch.

You can't do a full 180 then get the next head shot with a bolt action rifle with a stick before he kills you.

I know exactly what you mean! Pisses me off SUPER bad. The way I see it is you are in a drag race between a Corvette and a Ford Fiesta. They know they are going to win so why would you race anyways?

It's not even the commando pro that I'm talking about, since I rarely used that perk anyway, it was just in general. I'm gonna have to take a break from it though, playing it 3-4 hours every night since it's come out, and I'm starting to get burned out with it.

That's pretty much all that I do. HTD is a little more challenging, and you're not unloading an entire clip into someone to kill them.

HTD is for people who cant shoot, spray and pray FTW.

I felt like that last night.. Granted Ive only played for about 5 weeks now. But I played I think 4 hours... by that time I stopped caring and started dying a ton!

I dont know if this happens to you guys or not, but i constantly keep getting booted off. Everything will be going good then its like the other team get pissed cause there gettin there ass handed to them, and it seems to only happen on core td, but when i get on hctd it never happens

Ya there are sometimes in Core DM that it happens. ill get a wrong password or something while my party member remains in the same lobby. Most likely its someone hacking the crap
