I love all the hate on a cobra. I would take one in a heart beat.
I agree if your talking about the 2v mod motors that went into the GT's. Very unimpressive in stock form, and need a good bit of money thrown at them to be respectable among other v8s. However, i would take a 4v mod motor from the 03/04 Cobras over an LT1/LS1/LS2 all day long.
These threads make me laugh Fbody vs mustang Ehh all comes down to whos modding and whos driving
Ive seen so many dicks in both types of cars
Im good with brand loyalty to a point
ford made crappy cheap cars tAURUS,escort, contour
so di chevy cavi's,mid 90 montes, luminas,malibus
caprice vs crown vic Id take a lt1 caprice over a 4.6 vic but i have owned both
mustang vs camaro/bird ehh I like the feel of the maro more BUT a cobra isnt a bad pony car
And if we step up to current day models I like the maro more But the mustang seems a bit more balanced
dodge ive had ZERO luck with so i just dont by them But do like a few models
and the 4.6 can be built and modded to put out decent power BUT id take a ls1 over it all day long
Ive seen the same videos for LS1s... just hating on the stangs. The original LS1 intake is plastic, any amount of nitrous gone wrong and its a shrapnel bomb under the hood... helped push plenty of stock bottle baby LS1s back from the starting line. Sad but true, it can happen with any motor not properly built for what the driver is doing
