Im cruisin down this road earlier today at about 65 in my dads truck. I notice someone on a bike up ahead so i kinda went left of center to give him some extra room, and the little kid cut out in front of me!! As soon as i got the truck stopped i hopped out and ran back to him, and he had his bike picked up and was carrying it back. All the lucky **** got was a slight case of roadrash on his leg!!

no trouble with the cops, the kid got a ticket for not wearing his helmet. and they took pics of all the damage and sent it to the kids parents insurance. we'll see what comes of it all.

like bio was saying, in OH i'm pretty sure that a bicycle is classified as a motor vehicle, meaning they have to follow all rules of the road, i.e. stop signs and lights. i was on my way home from work once, stopped at a stop sign and saw a guy on a bike coming from the opposite way. i had a bad feeling so i stopped and watched, and the guy runs the stop sign, doesn't even look at oncoming traffic. i revved my motor at him and he flipped me off. i about hit him for sh!ts and giggles.

ugggh reminds me of the time i was driving. . . was coming out of a parking lot. i stopped at the entrance. looked right and saw no one. looked left and no oncoming traffic so decided to go cuz the light had just turned green and wanted to beat oncoming traffic wen all of a suddent this guy on a bike comes darting out infront of the prix. . . . BAM!!! dude goes flying on the hood. and im like OMG just happened. scared to death.i run out the car. and two people at the dealership are starring at the situations. the guy gets up and im like u didn't see me coming? and he was like yea i did and im like why didn't u stop? he says idk . . or something. he picks the bike up and the wheel is bent and im like **** are u ok. and hes like yea. i ask him are you sure and he says yea. i dont ask any more questions and try to get the fcuk outta there. the more u stick around and ask if theres anything i can do for you the more trouble u might get into. with police ur insurance, he might try to press charges. look at video camera footage etc . . .
