Personally anyone with a burnt out bulb SHOULD be pulled over since its a road hazard.

If your tail lights are out, no one can see you brake at night.

If your headlights are out, you can't see.

If your turn signals are out, no one knows what you're planning. (Then theres me.... I won't move till i see the other guys wheels turn. )

Catching a drunk driver is less obvious than someone with lights out or improper tint.

Catching a drug dealer is 100% impossible since you can start pulling 'em over but unless they're carrying something or packing heat, the cop is boned for pulling someone over without just cause.

You can't pull someone over unless you have just cause. Simple really.

why spend the money on a radar when you can use your eyes for free.. lol.

been caught more with a radar than without one. people rely on them too much. go oldschool!

So you think now that cops are not allowed to park behind a building to catch speeders? Are you serious? You really think there is a law saying they have to be out in the open to catch someone speeding?

    What drugs are you on?

My 2nd ticket was by a lidar, my radar didnt even have time to yell LASER since i have chrome license plate cover and it reflects light like a *****. I had a long talk with the officer about radar detectors and such, he complimented my Special Edition and handed me a hefty ticket for 27 over.

You can't pull someone over unless you have just cause. Simple really.
Try winning in court against an officer with that - plenty of times i was pulled over for NO reason and they had to bull**** something out to satisfy my curiosity. "Why was I pulled over?" "You have this thing hanging from your mirror, 25$ ticket but Ima let you go"... Great, but you were following me and i have tints, no way you saw that.
