    Hey most of you probably already knew this, but I just saw it this morning in the news. That GM is closing pontiac. I've only heard that they would close saturn, but not pontiac.

    That sucks for me, my family has always owned a pontiac ever since I was little, we had a 77 Trans Am back then, I owned one too and I moved to GPs in the last few years. I was also looking forward to see the new Firebird / Trans AM.

    I just bought my GTP, but not sure what will my next car will be now D= I don't really like the rest of the GM brands much, atleast not enough to own one except for the corvette. Guess it will have to be a vette...

    Yeah it sucks, Pontiac and Saturn should have stayed or at least gone off and made there own company.

    I just heard since gm couldn't find a buyer for saab, they just closed that too.

    I think it's because they don't sell as much as the other brands, especailly over seas.

    I thought I read somewhere they were going to keep some pontiac models, but roll them over to Buick, so they will still be a pontiac, but with Buick logos?
