The problem with the outside cameras is that they suck! Definately wont see the plates, nor the face of the suspect. And without that you cant really do anything.

They just passed a law a few days ago in Rhode Island (where i am). Its now illegal to text while driving. finally. you get a fine the first time, and idk what happens the second time.

To the OP. I am horribly sorry about what happened to that car.
