If he did, and the phone is still not working correctly, they should be replacing your phone. I would go back there and ask to speak to the guy's boss. If he IS the boss then ask for someone higher up you can call.

It usually only takes a complaint to 1 boss before things get done. Be very polite BUT persistent. Do that and you'll likely get what you want.

No! He did nothing but delete my 13 calls and said "You need to keep the calls deleted because the PHONE is not deleting them like it should" And I was like umm..so can I get another phone since mine is not working and he told me my phone was working..LMAO...So I just left with a

look...because my phone is not WORKING! or it would be deleting the calls!!!
