I can't think of anything to prove it over the computer.
OK!
I think they are around the Burton/Flint area. I haven't been up there since I was really little.
They're bad everywhere.
people suck yo
One of the things that pisses me off the most is people talking on their cell phones. I can't count the number of times I've been in a waiting room or in line at the store and someone whips out their cell phone and has a completely pointless conversation. It boggles my mind that people can be so inconsiderate.
Pretty much much everyone has a cell phone these days. I've got one. But I don't force others to listen to my conversation. I don't care if people want to have useless conversations, I just wish they'd do it somewhere that I don't have to listen to it. Unfortunately, 90% of the time I DO have to listen to it because people feel the need to YELL into their phones for some reason.
I hate when people forget to turn off the ringers. In most places it's not a big deal but if you're in a class or a movie theater.... It's not that hard to remember. I ALWAYS turn mine off in public or set it to vibrate.
Movie theaters kill me the most.. people kicking your seat repeatedly, and talking in a normal voice during the movie. This girl's cell phone rang during a movie I was in, one time. It had a retarded ring tone and it was turned all the way up. Then she flips it open and proceeds to talk in a normal voice for about 20 seconds and doesn't move from her seat. I'm generally a very patient and laid back guy, but that just made me snap. I got up and took the phone away from her, snapped it shut and said STFU!
cell phones in class is a huge thing we will be in the middle of lecture and like 5 phones will go off its always the same people. grr
I guess where im from its just a great place to live...we have our share of stupid people..but I couldn't tell you how many times I have walked into a store and someone I have never seen before ask me how my day is..How many people I would open the door for and they would thank me. Maybe its the southern thing I don't know..I know where im from you wave at someone they will wave back...I did that in IL one time and got a go to hell look!!! And im not just saying my town..I have been to MANY parts of Arkansas and still get the same respect. Maybe Im lucky...But I do not handle stupid very well..and anyone who knows me will be the first to tell you I can be a REALLLL b*tc*! But I just call it like I see it. And so thats why I havent been on here much!!!
Yeah it must be a southern thing Jess. From what Ive seen, most people in Michigan suck, and the people dont start getting friendly until you get waaaay up north in Michigan.
And Ill agree with Kendra that I have given up all hope on my generation. Kids my age for the most part are the worst drivers, and the rudest, loudest, and fattest generation Ive seen. Not saying Im perfect, but c'mon, 18 years old and you weigh 350? Not genetic. And I'd be willing to bet daddy's name is on the title of that Jeep Commander Hemi, not you, sweet sixteen, not you...
Exactly. Last week in a town near me, a mother gave her 19 year old son with a suspended licence, and a warrant for his arrest, the keys to the mothers Ford Fusion. The kid took 4 of his friends with him in the car, went around the railroad gates, and an Amtrak train struk and killed all 5 kids in the car. Seriously,Originally Posted by RareGMFan
is the mother thinking? Not saying the kid wasnt a murderer, but the parents have a lot fault on the way kids act these days. This is one of the reasons that Law Enforcement is my major!
And most people on forums like these are good people online and im sure offline as well. I spent 5 years on a Jeep forum when I daily drove my Jeep, and Ill tell you that Ive never talked to so many cool people in one place before, and I can already tell that people here are the same way.
