if you guys don't stop fighting both of you will be grounded! you don't have to kill that poor little red head wood pecker there's a better way to spook the little pecker that it may not come back again. most animal/bird will get spook if they are fighten or disturb. i think you should scare the sh*t out of it. throw fire cracker or blast a 12 guage shot gun at it.
