    To the OP, was wondering if you had considered just sticking one of the 15's you have in a properly sized sealed enclosure an trying it like that. I think it would be a cheap way to tighten up your base, you seem to want something similar to what you have now but with more SQ an that might be a simple way to do it.

    imma put a crossover on it today, see how it sounds like that.

    UPDATE:: Ok the memphis crossover screwed me, for the one i have has to hook the Hi's to the crossover and when i cut the bass on my radio, my inside speakers cant hold it...just busted another 6X9, sucks!!!! well anyways i bought a new amp (yeh again) today, the kicker zx1000...for the precision power amp just aint cuttin it. i'll update on the new amp when it comes in if you-all would like...

    Kicker or Rockford all the way. You can never go wrong with either if you know what your doing and how to set it up. I'm sure theres plenty of companys out there that rock.

    eh possibly but unlikely, i think i have to connect my speaker wires into the crossover as well, its not a normal crossover, this one is pretty tech. i think if i hook in the speaker wires, ill be able to control my hi's bass and keep my subs pumping with low's and speaker with hi's only.

    i know that...do u have a aftermarket deck...u should have a low pass and high pass filter if u do.

    yeah its a 50X4 xo vision dvd...not the most known name but it dont have most of the sound features most radios do

    i'mma look into a real good alphine, eventaully i'll trash the dvd player...its not for power, just basically paid for the screen...

    I just got the Alpine IDA-X100. It kicks ass!! It does not play CDs though. Its a media center for playing your ipod or usb memory sticks. I will have to get some pics of it and pos them. It looks very good, and sounds great.
