Right now I have 2 MA audio 15's powered by hifonics 1206d amp. In a 4sq ft sealed box. So it took a lot to get the box in and I can't get it out. They don't sounds good so I'm gonna cut the box out and get new subs. Thinking some 2 FI sd12's or 10's powered by ss trx2000d amp. Not sure how good they are. Looking more for sq too. Can you guys help me out?

Man look on ebay. There are so many subs on there. Kicker, Fosgate, M/A, etc. I run 2 Fosgate P2 12's in mine and have the box sitting right at the back of the trunk facing the rear and have been pleased with the sound. As for your 15's, I feel you on that. I was running 3 Punch 15's in mine at one point and had to build the box in the trunk. Talk about a pain.

My 2 MA Audio 15's suck ass in a 4ft sealed box, going to cut the box out, sell the subs, and get some 12's I think. Not sure if I should get 3 tens or not. Never really heard 3 ten's. But 2 tens are nice but just don't get loud enough. What do you think about that? Do it or not? Probably would be Fi's or Image Dynamics

One 12W7 in the HO box fits perfect in our trunks and they look and sound very sexy. Down fall is the 700 bucks it costs lol. But I promise it will sound 100% better and louder than your 2 15's. But if that costs too much Image Dynamics is a very good sub too. One of the setups in my Honda was an IDQ12 with PPI art series amps and I scored very high in stock SQ.

700 is wayyy to much for a single sub. I don't have the experience to know if I should go with 1 12 or not, just thinking about it I would think it wouldn't be as loud as even 2 10's but i'm obviously wrong because it has to do with setup too.

also my opinion is that 2 15's in a gp is wayyyyyyyyyyy too big.not enough airspace in trunk to let the 15's do their job

My 2 15's just wrattle everything in my car. They have to come out, it takes up over half the trunk, and talking to other people. They recommend like 4ft ported for one 15, if I did that and used too, my whole trunk would be taken up lol

Any of you guys ever heard an IDMAX, for 1 12, I wonder how loud it would get. I just want something that will still take my breath away, you think this will do it?

I just read up on the Image Dynamics IDMAX 12 D2 V3 DUAL 2 OHM. Says it can handle up to 1800 watts. The darn thing was 450 a peice. didn't see what others they had.

maybe true badazgtp but i'd never want to push my subs to the max...my RMS on my kicker subs are 750 each. I have one 550w kicker amp bridged to EACH SUB! so i'm gettin lots of overall power...I recommend KICKERS, the square L7's hit...my personal opnion, the JL W7's hit somewhat harder than L7s but look at price differnce, guess it depends on what you like

I hate mephis, i'd never buy mephis product...
