In short, yes. You've probably already covered this but inspect all the vacuum line connections from the boost control solenoid to the fpr, the LIM vacuum as those like to crack, back to the maf. As far as your PCV, did you get the little O-ring back on where it's supposed to be when you replaced it? That's a biggie that'll cause issues. Another thing you can do is get a throttle body gasket, pull the throttle body off and clean any gunk out from behind there. clean the MAF with some CRC MAF cleaner as well.
