Some people are saying its ok to keep the automatic headlights. but it seems bad to me when you turn the key to on and the light come on and then you go to start it and the turn off and then on when the car is running i just pulled the drl fuse and it worked for me because i control when my headlight are turned on and off. Hope this is useful because i just recently installed the vvme bi xenon 8k digital slim hid's.
Thx for the reply.. as stated earlier, pulling the fuse doesn't work for me since my GT is an '01... and I'm certain retaining auto headlights will cause premature failure of my ballasts.. I have hid's in my TBSS, so I know the ropes of hid's... the auto headlights don't come on with key ignition on the SS, but my GP GT, the lights come on the instant the key is in the ignition.. so I'm looking to disable my auto headlights and perimeter lighting, and if I need to know anything special about hid's (besides the relay harness, etc..which I also have for my SS' hid's)

Thx again
