Hello...I'm Kris from Texas, about an hour south of Dallas.

I drive a 2006 Grand Prix GT aka Gandalf.

    Mods
    Ported, Polished and Plugged M90
    180 T-Stat
    Shorter Dog Bones
    Custom CAI
    ZZP STB and brackets
    3.5 pulley

    Coming Soon and Looking For
    Speed Daddy Headers
    SSC lowering Springs
    VS or XP Hot Cam

    Appearance (looking to get soon)
    Touren TR6 Black 17x or 18x9
    Front and Rear Valence
    Fix a few scratches

    Future Plans
-Buying a IROC Z shell and rebuilding from the ground up for my mother to relive her younger days.
-Finish paying off Gandalf and turning it into a track car. Then buy a 04 6.0 GTO (backwards I know)

I'm part of DFWgmElite.com a Dallas based GM car club and attend regular meets and shows. Though I'm waiting to get the rest of my mods for this month on before I take my car out to one for the first time. Soon to be putting it on the dyno to see what it's pushing.

    And yes I'm a woman

Looks like you have a stock pulley in the pics but if not you need a stock pulley back on it until you get headers.

If you are interested in getting rid of your split 5 rims when you upgrade your wheels, let me know. Been looking for a set! Yeah, I'm gonna be that guy.

It is stock pulley till my headers are installed. 3.5 is in the garage.

What do you mean I'm doing it wrong?

You left half the stock box there. IMO, it would look better out and get better airflow. Get some self taping screws, and screw the PCM down. Then make a bracket or someway to mount the cone there. Don't have to, just my opinion that it would look cleaner.

If you cam it when you do your headers you could probably run a 3.4. A 3.5 is a little small with just headers, probably should run a 3.6

    04 "GTO"'s had 346's, not 364's.

Okay. Getting the 6 liter gto regardless of the year. 04 was just to indicate the newer one. But thanks for the polite correction. I'll be more specific next time.

Sorry hun don't actually have those wheel's. That's just a full body picture of what my car generally looks like. But im keeping my 16's for track racing.

At the same time, it could be keeping the filter clean. I don't see it starving for air on the current mods, it might be a degree or two warmer IATs if anything.

Hi, welcome! We're all gonna shout at you until you build your car the way we want! XD

(btw, it's dangerous to go alone! Take this)

Oh... are black valve covers stock on 06+ GTs? Or are those painted or something?
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.
