Stalling issue 90 3.1 SE

I just changed all vac lines, the EGR valve AND egr hose... The proplem is at its worst on cold start, and continues during warm starts but not every time.

EDIT: Here are some pictures of the Cylinder thing under the Drivers side front end right in front of the tire. About the size of a large cantalope and has a vac hose connected to it. The vac hose runs from it, behind the battery to the cruise control/HVAC lines. That is where I replaced a T and re connected it. What is it?

Diagnostics read that the car has no problems at all, everything is functioning as it should. But it still runs like crap, wth is going on? The mechanic was baffled, told me that everything he could think of that would cause these problems, I have replaced.
