    The filter is technically over the subframe. Which shouldn't allow any suspenion etc to hit it. Like Blue said though, if the mounts are in bad shape that could be detrimental.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Stock Wix oil filter: 51040
    Larger Wix oil filter: 51036

    I like Wix personally, they're pretty good and at a decent price as well.
    2005 GTP - AL 605's gapped at .055", SD headers, WAI with 9" cone air filter, 180 degree t-stat, green coolant, otherwise stock.

    They still make the pf52, wix number is 1036. I can not fit the longer filter on my car right now with my engine mount being junk. That will be fixed this weekend.
