Hey guys! Happy New Year! Hope all is well with everyone. Got a quick question to see if anyone has ever encountered this problem. I broke my key to my 2000 Grand Prix GT on New Years Eve. I had new key cut from spare valet key and followed 30min program procedure. Got it right on first time and have'nt had any problems with starting or running. The problem is when I start it the security light starts flashing and continues to flash for approx. 15 mins. of driving. After approx. 15 mins of driving the light goes off. This never occurred before replacement of key. Anybody got any ideas or suggestions as to whats going on? Should I be worried? Kinda annoying because never occured before. Just wanna know if I'm looking a problem in the face or should I just ignore it. Thanks in advance guys!
