    Sounds like a loose connection or faulty wire splice somewhere. You could always run the wire for the lights directly to a switched power source, but you'd lose the dimming feature.

    I didn't have to splice though...my car is a 97 so it had the pigtails in there.
    2001 Regal GS, PLOG, 3" DP, 1.9's/L76 springs. 21* of timing on a 3.4"
