okay, take a little flathead screwdriver and pop off the ignition bezel. After that, you take the that same screwdriver (starting at the bottom seems to work best) and start prying open the dash piece. it seems flimsy, but i've had mine off a few times now, and no problems, its pretty sturdy, you wont break it. After that you must remove the lower cubby first, then the hvac controls, and finally the radio with a socket (i can't remember what size but it might be an 8mm) unplug the wires to the back and the antenna, and you're done.

let me know if you have more ?'s...
