When you pull the pulley off the supercharger do you have to take off the vented bolt at the supercharger tip, and if you do, how does it come off?

Yes, you do have to take that bolt off. I forgot what size socket or wrench you need, but you basically want to loosen it before you take the belt off. The tension of the belt will hold the pulley in place enough to loosen the bolt.

Dont forget to add some thread sealant on that bolt before you put it back in and tighten it down.
