Ok so here's the deal i just checked on it and my question is it normal to hear a good amount of noise from the sc rotors? Also does low coolant or not having properly bled the coolant system affect kr and finally the bbv should be fully open when running correct?

when cold the sc sounds like a pos via the intake. till it warms up. thats normal.

if its sounds like rocks tumbling at idle thats a bad coupler. easy fix.

coolant has nothing to do with kr unless your like over heating of course.

let it idle till the fans come on, top off rad as needed bleed the t stat when the fans come on. if you got a drilled t stat you dont really need to bleed it. i didnt bleed mine last time round cause the time before it just spit out coolant.

Yea a decent amount they make noise what kinda noise are you talking about though? The bbv valve should be close untill you wack the gas then it'll open.

My bbv is always in the up position atleast when its idling in park or drive. Honestly the sc kind of sounds like what scotty said rocks banging around but its not crazy loud but noticeable also it sounds like its coming from the rotors and thirdly i just found a vac leak from the brake booster

I'm not saying zzp is right or wrong, but they make a business selling "kr reuducers" so of course they will tell you kr is bad, which it is, I'd say anything over 3 to 4 consistently is bad...and a turbo 8sec. Gutted drag car is great but the only stock part on that car was the block...great feat for sure though.

lever up is good running, rev it and it moves.

vac leak could cause some kr maybe. booster hose is a large leak maybe. would have cause a surging idle or high idle.

take the sc belt off, grab the pulley and snap it back and fourth, it you feel a click its the coupler.

heres what mine sounds like, rockers tick some injectors tick some, small pulleys make it whine at idle lol

Post a video of the bbv and sc noise? If you didn't pull the snout off the SC and change the coupler it's more then likely bad.

As far as fuel trims i watched it for a little long term was sitting at 8.6-10 short was bouncing in between 0 and 5 until for a second the rpm randomly went down like a studder and when that happened lt trim bounced all the way to -10 and then st bounced up to 20

Bbv is functioning properly and at start up i do get some idle surging up to about 1750rpm and that is with the motor warm now after a couple minutes it goes away

When i had the sc out i tried tugging on the cuppler and there was zero play in it. The rotors however didnt have very good coating and i think they might scrape the housing slightly

and it sounds like your trims are still learning, or theres a vac leak still.

I was exploring mine with a stethoscope the other day. Anywhere on the blower is super-loud, especially at tip of snout.

zzp obviously has you sold hook, line and sinker. with enough money anyone can build an 8 second car. when you go to the car lot, do you believe everything the saleman tells you? zzp told me the xp cam is a horrible cam for a turbo, that it was super laggy and made low amounts of power. aaron deckers 600 hp xp cam turbo car is proof that is not true.
