I'd try the radiator cap "2nd".... if it is not holding in the pressure, you will be loosing coolant out the resivoir tank...

First thing I would do is make sure that you are checking the coolant properly. Many people will just check the overflow tank and call it good. But often times, the overflow tank can be full, but the radiator can be low on coolant. So I would remove the radiator cap when the engine is cool and check to make sure it is full of coolant. If not, add some until it is completely full.
If that is fine, then I would move on to a coolant flush, t-stat and radiator cap change.
But I doubt the supercharger fluid has anything to do with your overheating.
