Transponder Keys

Will this work so I can have extra keys. The instructions seem too simple for my experiences in trying to program keys

I bought a simliar key for my 04 cts v on ebay and it was that simple. The local hardware store even cut them for free!

pretty much the same deal for my regal. if you have a key still its real easy to add more.
