    ummmm..... so ram air is just a cool word? and does nothing? i guess now i can buy a GTO cause a ram air hood is pointless

    most people dont see any performance gains with a ram air setup over any other aftermarket or homebrew intake.

    Ram air does absolutely nothing as far as 'ramming' air into the intake unless your traveling at a very high rate of speed, and even that is referring to a ram air set-up on a forward facing engine vehicle. It gives you absolutely no gains on a car with a motor that sits sideways.

    I wouldnt mind making a hood based off the TA Predator hoods....

    looks too busy. it might look better in a dark color (black, burgundy, etc) so it doesn't highlight the arcs and lines of the scoops so much. a little subtleness goes a long way.

    Agreed.

    That hood should not be on that car. It doesnt match any contour. Might as well have a mailbox on there and at least that might give some performance gain.

    Id love for someone to make a hood that resembles a ford gt/gt40 hood, if there was enough room. Not to the same depth of course. Forget scoops I wanna see real inverted vents.
