For the add ons, there is ZZP Supercharger oil (6oz) or GM Supercharger Oil (8oz). Which should I choose?

If I remember right, the zzp oil had more in it than the GM. They made it so you only need one bottle to fill your snout. Or atleast that's how it was when I did mine in October.
You "can" but it wont work as well or will break down. There's a reason they have a specific formula for it.
Alright, I'm starting to get a clear idea of what to do. My neighbor said I need to loosen the idler pully then remove the belt. So I got that done. Now all I have to do it drain the fluid, undo the 10 bolts, replace the coupler, fill back up then I'm good to go? Am I forgetting anything? Also, does every bolt have to come off? Some are literally impossible to reach.
15mm wrench on the tensioner pulley, push it down to release tension and the belt will slip right off.
Yes, all the snout bolts need to come off, only 2 bolts are "hard" to get at. The 2 on the bottom are kinda hidden, so use a extension on the socket to reach them, easy as that.
See what this guy in the picture is doing.
That is the tensioner pulley to get the belt off the supercharger. Its a 15mm socket or wrench.

So you got the belt off now. Before taking the bolts out get as much oil as you can. Put rags under it and start wiggling the snout off after the bolts are out. Mine was stuck pretty good but just keep at it
About that picture.... do you turn the wrench to the right as if tightening the bolt? I did that and it looks like it will make me able to pull the belt off the supercharger cone? Is that right? And I only can visibly see about six bolts on the snout, is that all there is?
the tensioner will go only one way when releasing the belt, turn it so the belt gets loose, it only has a tad bit of slack to it. once you make it loose, slide the belt off the tensioner pulley, towards the socket wrench. or try the idler behind it.
theres the bolts around the out side of the case, one is kinda hidden under the right side, and then theres the one that goes straight down through the snout into the lim. its on the left side of the snout if you were standing at the pass side fender.
So the one your saying goes straight down the snout....is that like right on the point of the snout? The big black bolt? I took it out to see what it was and it smelled like the supercharger fluid
yup that bolt, when you take the snout off, be careful not to break the gasket under it. its part of the upper intake gasket. i broke mine, and then it leaked sc oil out of the bottom where it meets the lim. every one says it shouldn't leak, but it did. i used rtv on the threads of the bolt, to seal it up, and it worked.
wait, re reading your post. you talking about the bolt on the end of the pulley? not that bolt.
in this pic see the hole in the snout next to the cone, thats the bolt im talking about, it goes straight down into the lim.

Alright so I'm gonna try my best here to contribute to all this good advice. Granted I'm on a Gen V (2004+ Supercharger in case you don't know) and I have a belt wrap on, I've got some pictures to tag along lol It's really super easy to do, shouldn't take you to long. After you get the belt off, you've gotta take the snout bolts off. (10mm like stated) I forgot how the Gen III supercharger sits exactly, but if I want to take my snout bolts off, my alternator has to come off, so that could be a possibility depending on ease of access. Once the snout bolts are off, there's one bolt that holds the blower on the LIM, that goes thru the snout itself. Mine is the shiny, hex head bolt, that faces upwards.
Your's will sit a little lower than mine, but it's the same general idea has the Gen V supercharger. Yours will also be a 10mm as well, not the hex head like I have. Once all the bolts are off, the snout will pull straight forward, since there's 2 dowel pins IIRC. That's of course after you spray all the supercharger oil out. Sometimes the snout is hard to pull out, but a few light taps with a rubber mallet will loosen right up. The coupler comes straight out, and replace it with the new one. Make sure to use anaerobic sealer like everyone said, not any old RTV, or else it won't seal up right. Tighten the snout bolts to 15 ft/lbs, put the belt back on, fill the blower with oil, and that should do it. Hope this helps and wasn't too confusing LOL
Just as a sidenote, it's hard to see, but this is the little hex head plug that needs to be taken off to spray the old supercharger oil out. Mine is hidden under my belt wrap, it's barely visible in the picture, but hopefully that's not to confusing.
And this is how the belt wrap is setup, to give you a rough idea of where that bolt should be.
