i dont use on star and door chime is nbd. i need to change my rca cables so i guess good excuse to tear the dash apart again lol. thanks for your help.

Then your abs module is not bad. You have a short to ground on that wire/fuse. The wire is most likely rubbing or pinched somewhere, unless you really want to track it down easiest thing to do is run a new wire from the back of the fuse box to the plug on the abs module

You can verify a short to ground on that wire by removing the abs fuse and unplugging the abs module. at that point the wire should be open. With a meter if it shows ground it's 100% a short.

you happen to have a diagram? and im not so good at wiring. just use a volt meter?
