I have an email from you on 1/7 that you threw this away. If you have it though, yes, you can send this back and we will send a replacement set under warranty.

The installation instructions do state to sand first, so this is definitely recommended to get rid of the "slickness" of the factory paint on the cover (or any cleaners/grease).

Normally, we do not honor a warranty for a product removed and thrown away. We need some kind of proof it was peeling and/or was removed. If you can, please take a photo of your engine cover with proof of today's (or recent) date and proof it is your photo so we can see it is removed.

If you purchased an MP3 player from Wal-Mart, dropped it, broke it and threw it in the trash- you would not just go to them and demand a new one. The original must be returned. The same idea applies.

It seems installation instructions were not followed, but yet we still sent out replacements and changed colors for you.. at no charge. It seems no matter what our response is and how willing we are to help you, we're getting an "LOL" response back.

Please provide the picture requested above and we can send a replacement engine cover kit right away. I am more than willing to help out in any way I can.

    Matt
