I was thinkin about getting some of the ram air decals and putting them somewhere around the hood scoops. I was just wonderin how good they would hold up / last there, with the weather especially here in MI, and car washes n such.

If it good idea, then I want to so something that flows with the car but is still noticeable. My gp is silver so I was thinking of going with the reflective light silver, or maybe the chrome. What do you think?

The decals should hold up fine there. The only problem is if you go through automatic car washes, the brushes could catch and edge of the decal and start to peel it. That's the only real concern. Beyond that, they hold up just fine through the winters.

Do you have a color scheme going on? Chrome would be nice or even carbon fiber. Reflective light silver can look very white (it's really reflective white), just just be aware of that. Maybe even we could do something with a chrome background/border and silver foreground. That would give it some dimension. There is the option of doming these as well.

Let me know what you think and we'll make something work for ya.

well the basic theme is just silver with blue highlights, i have blue lug nuts, painted blue calipers, blue center cap decals, and soon to be blue wind shield banner. So maybe the chrome ones will look good, that would work really good, because if you look straight at the car and go up, u see the bottom chrome grills, then the next 2, then the grills on the hood scoops, so the chrome decals would flow nicely. Man youll have a nice order from me soon lol

    Heres mine....

I've had them for over 5 year and they show absolutely 0 wear. I powerwash my car, no brushes for my paint!

BTW, mine are Black/Reflective White. They look cool at night, my front plate, GTP badges, and rear Pontiac is all done up the same way...
