you need HPT tuners to do it.

Why on earth would you need to go faster than that anyway??
It takes like 5 years just to reach that speed.
And just a warning, WOT shifts into 4th gear will at some point explode itself.

HPT can do 06-07 cars, you just have to email support to request the beta version.
But thats beside the point there lol.
