Dhp scanner was flaky for me when trying to use the analog input on my avt-852 for wideband. The WB would stop responding after a couple minutes, though the gauge was working fine.
And I use an AEM wideband so it wouldn't work with uvscan. Finally just went the egr route. Now if I could just figure how to get Table Modifier to read my wideband data.

if you have a plx or lc-1 wideband with a serial/usb output from the gauge, then you can go into your uv scanner options and enable it. there is a maf smoothing guide that you can use your wideband data with, but I haven't used it much, so I couldn't offer any help.

I realize this, but you either have to rig it to work with an egr wire or pay more to get the pro version. if there is a way other than these two methods, by all means, share with us on how to do it.

My point was that you have to pay extra to get that input

I've heard rumor that the beta hp tuner software incorporates serial/usb inputs from aux sensors. if that is true, I wont need the pro version or have to run a wire to the egr to scan for wideband data with the hp tuner.

You need pro if you want a direct input to the box otherwise use the egr or whatever wire u want and use the wide and that way. It's just as easy and you save a lot of money

lol yes. it needs to see all ranges.

put back the stock file, let the trims re learn, then take it out for a 20 minute scan.

you may still have to do it 3 or more times. its hardly ever perfect the first time out.
