There should be a way to change the scale at which the wideband is read, but if not, just know you're always that .2 or whatever off and go with that.
There should be some sort of math looking problem at the bottom of the wideband pid, the place where you can edit the name and the function.
I don't recall for all widebands but the math problem likely ends in a (/10) for something like that, you can change that to 9.8 or 9.7 to make the wideband closer to what you see in the gauge.
Hopefully you can understand what I'm saying here without pictures.
also..ensure you use the same ground/power for all the gauges. That might throw them off slightly.
It looks like you'd have to make a user definded wideband pid to make it more accurate.
I checked and you can't edit the EIO inputs that HP tuners gives you to use.
In the help files you can see what the NGK AFX is set to, is like volts/.7142 + 9. That last number 9 would be edited to like 9.2 or something or swing the wideband reading lower or higher.
Your ideally supposed to have your **** grounded to the engine block
