The srock boost is 11 PSI?
I find it hard to believe.

My car is one of the lucky ones with the bad gauge cluster. So i dont get any correct readings.

So real time tuning, i burn it then install. Then adjust tune through the OBD1 port under the dash?

    Im not quite understanding that.

I will probably like the emulation because im new to this and i am assuming it will be easier because i can adjust it as i go along.

the log data will come from the apu and the obd 1 cable. when you are RRT the APU acts as the chip. then you burn the new chip with the data you stored on the apu and disconnect the apu from the ecm and install the chip. you cant flash the computer from the obd1 cable. only log through it. so after you burn the chip and install it in the computer that is the end of adjusting things. unless you removed the chip and hook the apu back up.

Cool, so technically, I can run it off the laptop all the time if I really wanted? (I dont want to, that would be a fun "look what I can do" type thing). lol

I did forget to ask a very important question.
Will this chip function for me?

I found the adapter, I forgot to verify which chip I need, I do not want to reflash the stock chip due to keeping a backup.
Plus, I dont think the stock chip can be reflashed even if I wanted to.
