alright so i've been talking back and forth with 91parkave about tuning and he's been helping me, but were stuck and can't figure out why VCM scanner isn't giving the data it should. I'm aware it's probably user error but i would love some fresh eyes to look it over and see. if you need screen shots of anything else please ask. i just wanna figure this out so i can get the car running perfect again.
here is a link to a drop box with my wideband manual that has the info about it. so i can see if yall can help me getting the wideband to work perfect. The tune i'm currently running is in there along with the last two can logs and one of the logs with the car running bad. i didn't drive over 60 in the last two logs.

To describe it a bit. above 60mph it feels and sounds like when the torque converter locks up that its messing the engine up. with the cut out open to hear better it sounds like the engine is bogging down or something. i don't really know how to describe it.
Let the screen shots commence.
so here's one of the problems i'm having. my lambda error histogram just isn't giving the right data. numbers shouldn't be over 1.6 or below 0 really. as lambda only works in a small range.
here's the AEM wideband o2 sensor settings
commanded lambda settings
just a screen shot for the list of PIDs for you all to see
and my user input ones
