Doing some full throttle runs and i logged it with the tourque app. I have zero knock in first but it shifts to second waits a second than i start getting knock. 4 degrees most of the time. Said 7 once. First i thought i was just because of the shifting but now im not so sure. Also, i don't know how to attach the log. Any thoughts?

Sorry, i should be more specific. I've got a top swap running stock pulley and headers. Had tuned in car, not just a canned tune.

when you had the in car tune, did you do any runs in 2nd gear? also i feel you prob need more mods to run a stock pulley on a topswap. I have ported heads and a ported blower, headers, full exhaust, ported TB, and many hours of tuning to get things dialed in perfect. its possible you need more fuel and or more mods.

Yeah, if you're running a stock top swap setup, it would be wise to go up in pulley size a little unless you're doing more mods soon.

I didnt personally tune it, but he did do runs in each gear..if need be ill swap to a larger pulley, but I just thought its odd I have no knock in first, but s decent amount of knock in second. Where can I find a larger pulley?

Intense, ZZP, WBS do you have a MPS or stock stock press on? Also what were the temps when you got it tuned? Warm weather would give more knock.

Stock press on. 50-60 degrees i believe

60-105mph, intake temps were around 105, outside temp was 50 degrees.

There were some other runs but they were similar. Still have like no knock in 1st gear.

Id run a bigger pulley, I went top swap a while back and had to do more flow mods than that To stop knock.
Try running a step colder plugs also. I ran AL104's

I would email zzp. They have the pulleys included for top swap kits. I just don't see them in the individual pulley page.

Why are your IATs so high? I would talk to who tuned it for you. You should pick up a MPS so you can change pullys easier and a 4.0 pully which is equal to a 3.8 on a top swap car iirc so a 3.8 on a top swap is like a 3.6 or 3.5 on a GTP.

I couldnt tell you why they were so high. Im running just an open cone on the TB. The runs were also after sitting and getting fuel. Also running on 92.

If I'm reading that right it looks like you need to add timing.
