okay, got your PM. you must have really wanted me to check out this scan for you.
here is my diagnosis, which may not even be a very good one since i dont really do my own tuning, i just scan and tweak my AFC if needed..
- your IPWs look fine, youre in the 19s which is still very safe. this means you arent running out of fuel.
- youre still knocking a bunch even when youre rich as crap. this means you probably should try pulleying up on the blower. try a 3.4 and see what kind of timing you can run as well as how much knock you will get. you want to lean it out more to about 11.5:1 when youre WOT.
- your fuel trims lock in at zero when you go WOT, so for you right now i think that is the best youre going to get with what youve got going on right now.
my suggestion:
depending upon how cold it is down there, which it must not be because youre still going to the track in december..you might be making more boost than usual. if i cared about it enough, i would pulley up in the winter because i knock just that much more because of the cold air. i think you should try going back up a pulley size or two and see what you can get out of it because it looks as though you are still running stock timing (13-14* WOT timing with a little knock = stock timing?). youre going to be much better off running 18* of timing and a bigger pulley.
start there and take a few more scans after you tune in the new pulley. tell us about it and we will point you in the right direction.
The tune started as a DHP 1.0 bin file. All we did is added the 85mm maf bin., 160* t-stat, and raised the shift points. Ran the table modifier a couple of times to get the LTFT' in line. I spun a rod bearing two weeks ago and had to install a used 2002 motor. So after that we have not had to much time to work on the tune. I am thinking it is something else besides the tune. (Valve train, sway bar, etc.) and i still have the stock mufflers and its not really a 3" down pipe it is the flex tube that comes with the headers.Timing is stock and we did try the 3.4 pulley at the track and the Kr went down 1* that is it. We were going to add some race gas but i was running that night with 3/4 of a tank of gas.

did you reinstall all of the stuff you had before? i really could see you running a 3.2 on that setup fairly well, so im kind of on the same page as you.
wait, another idea. youre only knocking when you get into your very rich zone, which is weird. you could be experiencing rich knock. try leaning it out and seeing if the knock goes away.
either way you want to be a lot leaner than you are now.
Sorry, Late response from the pm. Well after i look at it i don't really see anything that is sticking out. Looks like you're knocking. Enless it's false you might need to pulley up.
If you had hptuners I could tell you an easy way to find out...but you may try taking out o say 3 degrees out of the far right bottom spark table (i belive there the same) and see if it goes away.
What kind of gas were you running?
If you happen to be running 87 then you could more then likley get most of that kr to go away by switching to 93..at least 3 degrees i'd say
I'm running on 93.
I got rid of the cat conv yesterday.
And working on flipping the sway bar.
Also going to pulley up and add some race gas to eliminte possibilities.
Not in that same order tough.
Thanx for the responses guys.
